Marco was born in 1987 in Naples and nowadays lives in Portici, a small town on the slopes of the Mount Vesuvius.
When he was a child, he used to spend every summer with his family in Agerola, a little mountain village overlooking the Amalfi Coast. And somewhere there, in that period, we could probably search for the roots of his addiction to nature beauties.
He decided to dedicate his bachelor and master studies to Forestry Science and Environment at the University of Naples Federico II and in his final thesis focused especially on the landscape of the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula. Since a couple of years Marco works as a hiking guide for Italian and foreign tourist groups to which he really enjoys spewing lava of information, knowledge and good mood.
He is a member of the AIGAE association (Italian Association of Environmental and Escursionitic Guides).
